Volunteering

Santa Monica AYSO Region 20 is a 100% volunteer organization. As a result, we are able to charge the lowest possible fee for children to play organized soccer in our area. In order to make this work, the operation of our region involves many behind-the-scenes volunteers who work hard during the off-season and during the season to make it happen. These people are in addition to the coaches, referees and other on-the-field volunteers that sign up during registration.

Each family is expected to volunteer at least 1 hour per week during the season.

All AYSO volunteers are required to register with AYSO National annually. This is separate from player registration.
